Location Procurement and Management Coordinator:

We are a growing med-legal company seeking a detailed-orientated Location Procurement and Management Coordinator.

This individual will be responsible for our statewide medical office.

S/he will maintain the office network by managing existing locations and sourcing and contracting with new locations as needed.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized with great time management skills and can multi-task at various levels.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, who is a self-starter and solution driven.

Responsibilities:
* This job will require you to plan months in advance and handle last minute adjustments in a dynamic environment.
* Must be capable of managing multiple projects and tasks with a keen eye to detail.
* Drive around the city and suburbs to visit medical offices.

Must be willing to travel within the entire state of California.

Approximately 30% of work time will be travelling.
* Communicate with known locations as well as follow up to address any potential issues in all locations.
* Maintain an accurate database of all current locations, past locations, and sourcing locations up to and including lease negotiation and execution.
* Order and maintain office supplies for all flagship and sublease locations.
* Coordinate with building management and utilities (electricity, water, internet, etc.) as needed to keep locations up to operating standards.
Education and/or Experience:

* Excellent organizational skills with incredibly strong attention to detail
* Minimum of two years office management or applicable experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
* Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Excellent verbal and written communication skill
* Negotiate contract terms for clients
* Identify potential lease opportunities
* Sales experience is a plus.
