Lead, Program Management with Security Clearance

Description: Job Title: Lead, Program Management Job Code: SAS20221105-82149 Job Location: Los Angeles, CA Job Description: The successful candidate will lead a high performing team of engineering professionals and work effectively with other senior business development, strategy, and functional leadership focusing on the Geospatial Integration Solution’s Mission. The candidate will be pivotal to program execution and developing pursuit and capture plans, business strategy, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities and interfacing with customers to close on contract orders to meet annual operating and strategic growth plans. The successful candidate will have proven experience in program management and growing a Department of Defense (DoD)/Intelligence Community (IC) Sales Pipeline that is focused on delivering geospatial solutions. The successful candidate will also have demonstrated the ability to lead a geographically dispersed team of high performing professionals while developing new talent within this business. Essential Functions: • Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Drives program execution in order to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow
• Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of the program and ensure compliance with customer requirements
• Supports business development and strategy to execute growth campaign relative to business capture for geospatial capabilities
• Plan and direct engagement activities in support of customer & industry related meetings and conferences as a thought leader for geospatial capabilities
• Support annual planning efforts for Internal Research & Development, Trade Shows, Marketing, and other customer engagement efforts Qualifications: • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance, or recent Background Investigation
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior program management experience; Or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
• Knowledge of Government contracting practices
• Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across the enterprise Preferred Additional Skills: • Current understanding of hyperspectral and other geospatial processing technologies
• PMP Certification
