We work hard to help our clients develop the best and most creative ways to meet their insurance and bonding needs.We are currently looking to add to the Vanguard team with an exciting opportunity as an Insurance Office Assistant.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain and update paper and electronic client financial and bond filesReceive and dispatch correspondence promptlyTyping up surety bondsInput data into the management systemsBilling and Invoicing ClientsAdministering client filesAssist team members as neededThis description is not meant to be all-inclusive and may be modified from time to time at the discretion of management.
