The Insights Analyst is an important role within the BEN Client Services team, responsible for supporting the team by leading and guiding with insights and data across influencers, gaming creators, social media platforms and marketing/advertising trends.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the client services team to help find, interpret, and analyze data for client strategies and campaign optimization.
Integrate data from a variety of sources to identify key trends and emerging solutions in the digital/influencer space to better inform client strategies and recommendations.
Work independently as the key day-to-day resource for client service Build insights and research recommendations for outgoing client proposals Lead coordinating and executing research and analytics projects from proposal stage to client deliverable Leverage internal and external data to assist in development of post campaigns and quarterly client reports.
Track projects and prepare regular updates including, costs, status, and results of studies Proactively stay up to date with industry content trends and emerging platforms.
Manage communication to multiple external and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in market research, digital advertising analytics, and/or data analytics, ideally in gaming or entertainment Strong experience with Excel, Domo, Social listening tools, and Google Suite Familiarity with influencer marketing, gaming, and social media platforms Drives analytically-driven approach to identifying and defining business opportunities Self-starter who is eager to learn and to get the job done Ability to draw conclusions from large amounts of data and summarize findings in concise manner Ability to present ideas persuasively and passionately Flexible, committed, and punctual Able to stay calm, friendly, and professional under pressure in a busy environment Ability to read and interpret data to inform decision making Strategic problem solver and intuitively curious Basic understanding of marketing and advertising terms and processes Ability to go beyond the data and craft compelling storylines to engage our partners
