Job Qualifications and Competencies
– Must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish fluently is REQUIRED
– 2-5 years of Immigration Experience is preferred
– Ability to take initiative and problem solve
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Excellent phone skills
– Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
– Attention to detail
– Interpersonal skills and customer service skills required
– Ability to type at least 45 wpm
– Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook, internet proficient
– Ability to occasionally lift large case files of an excess weight of 25 Lbs.
Job Description
Work with supervisor and supervising attorneys to oversee case management
Communicate with clients to explain immigration process and requirements
Collect relevant information and documents in support of applications
Fill out applications accurately and review for any errors
Manage and meet client and task deadlines
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Provide detailed notes in office case management system
Translate documents as needed
Provide assistance to team as needed
Contribute ideas to further grow and develop our firm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00
– $35.00 per hour
