We are looking for a Head of Talent to continue evolving our Talent Acquisition practices.
This person will enable exceptional recruiting practices by leading a team, bringing our employee value proposition to life, and shaping our employer brand.
In this role you will:
Drive the full spectrum of talent identification, engagement, recruiting and assessment activities Partner with key stakeholders across DV to enhance our employee value proposition and employer brand Create and implement talent acquisition strategy and job marketing for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring Manage a high-performing recruiting team.
Define key metrics and inspire the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, recruiter and team capacity, internal stakeholder and candidate experience & satisfaction and diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives Design and drive the adoption of consistent recruiting, assessment interviewing and hiring practices that support fair and equitable hiring practices and an exceptional candidate experience Collaborate with HR and Compensation to create a Total Rewards philosophy that wins in the market Collaborate with DEI manager to assess and evaluate sponsorship, conferences, community engagement and partnership opportunities You should have: A passion for building, managing and developing world class teams A minimum of 10 years of experience leading talent acquisition efforts in fast paced, early and growth stage companies A demonstrated ability to balance effective roll-up-your-sleeves, full-cycle recruiting work with influential leadership and strategy design A data-driven mindset that enables you to create key metrics and measure the business impact of the Talent function Proven ability to manage complex and multiple stakeholder relationships and influence senior leaders Proven ability to drive projects and initiatives to completion in a fast paced environment Experience in Human Resources, including talent, people development and/or coaching preferred Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion
