Job Description:

Responsibilities Of Service and Repair Apprentice:
- Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and update customer and company equipment.
- Maintain clear service records.
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner.
- Manage your workload with multiple lifts in various stages of repair.
- Overtime is required on a regular basis to complete repairs on time.
Required skills as a Service and Repair Apprentice:
- Training is provided to learn forklift mechanics if you can:
- disassemble and assemble a variety of machinery.
- Demonstrated mechanical ability with own tool set.
- Show a clean driving record.
Preferred skills as a Service and Repair Apprentice:
- Hands-on Automotive / diesel technician experience (school or personal).
- Have a working knowledge of automotive electrical systems.
Physical Requirements of the Service and Repair Apprentice:
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, bend, and twist
Opportunities for growth as a Service and Repair Apprentice:
- Promotion to Shop Technician working independently in the shop
- Working onsite with clients as a Road Service Technician

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation:
- Base hourly pay, plus a flat rate commission that ranges from $30k to $100k per year based on abilities, knowledge, efficiency, production, tools, and attendance.
