We are looking for an experienced fine dining food runner who can provide an enchanting dining experience for our wonderful clientele.

Essential Functions:
- Maintain Food Quality and Standards working with the Chef to ensure all our dishes are presented perfectly to standard before leaving the kitchen
- Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required.
- Retrieve order from the kitchen, confirm the accuracy, lift and deliver to guest, along with appropriate condiments.
- Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service, respond promptly and courteously to any requests
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of the work areas and equipment.
- May be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs for the restaurant such as holidays and weekends
- Other duties as assigned by Managers.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a food runner in a fast-paced, fine dining restaurant or wine bar required.
- A strong belief in the art of hospitality and the desire to create meaningful guest experiences.
- Must have and maintain a valid Food Handler’s certification.
