We offer a comprehensive training program that will expose you to all facets of the supply chain industry from a third-party logistics perspective. We are looking for someone to grow and take on more responsibility in our accounting department.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing open accounts for collections via phone and email
- Assist clients with invoice-related questions and issues
- Enlist the efforts of sales and management when necessary to accelerate the collections
- Posting payments
- Monitoring and responding to emails
What we are looking for:
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and via email
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to establish priorities
- Work as a team player with the ability to take direction
- Must be punctual and reliable
Education/Experience:
- College degree preferred or in process
