The Parking Ambassador has a variety of duties providing quality service to client team members and customers with the goal of enhancing the customer experience.
The Parking Ambassador must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned with a high level of customer service and client satisfaction.
The Parking Ambassador will monitor parking areas, tactfully guide team members to their designated areas, while providing ambassadorial and way-finding services to customers.
The Parking Ambassador will use software and other technologies to monitor and manage the client team member parking program.
Preferred Qualifications Customer Service Experience 1 yr of similar work experience
