Our team positively impacts the lives of many, and we welcome you joining us in those efforts.Job Summary: The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) directs the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long-term care facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be always provided to our residents.

Follow all established policies and procedures to include nursing care procedures, safety regulations, human resources policies, departmental policies and procedures to assure that quality resident care and an effective operation can be maintained.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (IA, MN) or Associate’s degree (NE, SD) is required; if degree is not in healthcare, additional education may be required per state regulations.

Experience serving in a supervisory role; healthcare experience is favorable.

Nursing Home Administrator’s license and/or scheduled to take NAB exam.
