The Ethics Office was created to guide ethical leadership and decision making; develop, educate, and raise awareness on internal policies; and lead and manage investigations.
We are looking for an individual for the Ethics Office”s Americas region (AMS), which includes North America and South America.
The new hire will assist with Ethics Office initiatives, including assessing training needs, developing and presenting trainings, as well as leading internal investigations.You will be joining our Global Ethics Office to: Promote the Ethics Office through awareness initiatives.
Identify training needs for the business, prepare materials, and deliver training.
Assist in the drafting and reviewing of policies and procedures.
Identify internal allegations of misconduct that require follow-up or investigation, and as appropriate, conduct or support investigations.
Determine root causes of internal misconduct and recommend and execute on corrective actions.
Streamline methods of cross-functional work.QualificationsQualifications: Bachelor”s Degree required Minimum of 4 years of experience with solid and traceable experience in ethics or compliance.
Professional legal, compliance, internal audit, forensics, or investigator background.
Experience conducting corporate internal investigations (preferably working with a technology business).
Strong communicator/influencer with the ability to work cross-functionally and internationally.
High learning agility and able to formulate adequate solutions in complex situations.
Enthusiastic to develop an internal framework and be proactive in helping build out the Ethics Office functionality.
Must be hands-on with a bias for action and be flexible to meet the needs of our rapidly growing company.
