Our products are sold through a network of authorized dealers, including retail showrooms, builders, and kitchen cabinet professionals.Come grow with usPosition OverviewThe Engineering Assistant is a person with experience in data entry and data review with CABINET VISION Software.In a fast-paced environment, this position is an integral part of the process with some understanding of cabinet construction.

This position ensures accurate sales orders to production documentation, so production meets scheduled goals in a cost-effective manner with quality results.This employee must be competent and comprehend complex operations with ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail and MS Office skills.

One in this role must be able to embrace everchanging production demands.Duties and ResponsibilitiesTransforms sales orders into production documentationReview production documentation against sales orders for errorPerforms markups and modifications to production order lists as neededMaintains accurate computer and paper file data baseCommunicate timeline data and updatesEstablishes effective communication with engineering team members to ensure on-time accurate completionProvide back-up support to production as neededPunctual and regular attendance required, mandatory overtime dictated by production demands, therefore daily and/or weekend overtime required as neededPerforms all other duties as necessary or assignedKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesMS Office skills with basic math and measurement skills in imperial and metric unitsExceptional attention to detail and follow-throughStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and within a team-oriented environmentSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachMinimum QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
