– 5PM) Must have multi-phone line answering experienceExperience with office machines, copying, scanning, and faxingMust be proficient in Micro Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)Looking for a Team oriented person with a positive attitudeReceptionistPriority is to answer incoming phone callsAnswers, screens, and routes incoming calls and takes messages as neededWelcomes clients and visitors in a courteous and professional mannerWrite receipt for Tenant payments when paid at the officeSort and distribute mailPost mail and Certified mail, track amountsOrganize Accounting and other courier envelopesCommunicate with couriers when the office is closedOrder office supplies for the administration office after approvedOrder Ink & toner for printers & copiers in this officeMake file folders & hanging folders as requestedType Letters and labels as necessary or requestedMaintains reception area and conference room in neat and orderly conditionWorks independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
