Associate will have focused primarily on M&A transactions during their career, and will have significant, hands-on experience executing deals in this area at a law firm with a national reputation.
Experience in a transactional practice outside of M&A is not desired at this time.
The associate must be comfortable running a diligence process, drafting disclosure schedules and ancillary agreements and executing deals from start to finish.
