Virtual Customer Service Representative

Our client, is the marketing arm for a major distribution warehouse, mostly specializing in personal care products. These include everything from towels, to hand sanitizers and even masks.

As the Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for virtually communicating with potential customers that has found our client’s products on E-Commerce websites. When a customer has a question about the product, it is turned into an email and is sent over to you. Your job is to respond back to those emails.

You can view this position like a call center, just without the calling.

This is a full-time position, temp to hire. This is a Monday to Friday position, from 8 am to 5 pm. Please keep in mind you will be asked to work on the weekend occasionally. Candidates must be able to type at least 42 WPM or higher to keep up with our client’s workload.

This is a remote position. Upon finishing training, you will be required to stop by their Chatsworth office and pick up your equipment. From there, you are free to work this position wherever you want.

Job Requirements:

This is what we are looking for in candidates:

  • You have At least 1-2 years in Customer Service or Data Entry. Preferably both.
  • You are open to working weekends if asked
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office products
  • You can type at least 40-45 WPM or more
  • You must be able to travel one day to Chatsworth to pick up your equipment
  • As a condition of employment, you may be asked to take and pass a background check and drug test.
