Shoe Company Seeking Customer Service & Packing Assistant (On-Call)

(We are an online shoe company and you will be working in our warehouse in Sherman Oaks)


Are you a multitasker with a love for shoes and a knack for customer service? We’re a leading shoe company seeking a versatile individual to join our team as an Inventory, Customer Service, and Packing Associate, available on an on-call basis.

* Conduct inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and assist in restocking shelves.
* Assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and providing exceptional service via email and phone.
* Pack orders with care and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
* Flexibility to be available on call during peak periods or as needed to support the team across all areas of operation.


* Previous experience in retail, inventory management, customer service, or packing preferred.
* Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong attention to detail, especially when packing orders to ensure correct items and sizes.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
