Summary:
The client has always been responsible for some of the most exciting and disruptive content in popular entertainment, and has demonstrated that spirit of innovation once again by moving into the blockchain and Non-fungible Token (NFT) space.
We’re working with some of the biggest brands to connect in new ways with their passionate communities.
The Client Lead will be a senior leader within this new venture, reporting to the Technical Director, and responsible for the success of our NFT solutions for specific clients.
Responsibilities:
Understand business-specific issues specific to particular client implementations and come up with innovative solutions to delight the customer
Deliver exception end to end user NFT Marketplace experiences for clients
Be an effective conduit for communication with the customer
Lead, coach and mentor other members of the team while also making a significant personal contribution
Recruit and retain great people to the team and company
Qualifications:
Experience in customer-facing roles
Passion for NFTs and blockchain technologies
A nuanced understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to remove obstacles
The ability to decompose complex problems, propose and implement solutions
Track record of delivery
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Experience leading highly functional teams in a customer success or similar role an advantage
Prior experience working in news technology or media a plus, but not necessary
