Change Control Analyst

Overview:
A Project Controls Analyst – COM position is now available in Change Control.  This is a fulltime position working with the Project Teams assisting with coordinating, organizing, and securing Change Control documents and logs. This is a remote positon.

Responsibilities:
 

Aide Project Team with change documents for completeness and accuracy; assist in maintaining and managing logs; organize and track documents going through the approval process; make sure approved forms are gathered and filed appropriately.

Interact on behalf of the Project Team gathering data and preparation of supporting documentation during both Engineering and Construction phases of a project.

Lead team by setting processes and procedures.

Qualifications:
 

BA/BS Degree preferred.

4-6 years prior work experience.

Basic knowledge of cost tools, procedures, and processes.

Must have good verbal and written communication skills and a desire to work with details.

Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.

Time management and organizational skills.

Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel.

Must be a Team player and able to work with others.

Wage Data Per State Requirements:
The Salary range for this position is $90,000 – $120,000.The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
