ABOUT THE ROLE TSC is looking for a Production Associate to join its growing team.

This position will report to the Senior Manager of Production and will play a key role in the purchasing and quality control of TSC raw material and finished goods inventory.

Additionally, you will assist the Sr.

Manager of Production in managing jewelry repairs and the Production & Product Development teams generally in bi-annual inventories and other ad hoc projects, as necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Production: Track ex-factory dates provided by manufacturers on a weekly basis and enter updates in ERP system (Microsoft Navision).

Flag issues for Sr.

Manager of Production.

Print “job bags” for production orders.

Organize and fill raw materials and components needed for job bags for Production orders.

Consume raw materials inventory in Navision when items are being sent to factories.

Assist in organizing weekly shipments to manufacturers.

Assist in receiving finished goods both physically and systemically in Navision.

Unpack all incoming shipments and prepare for QC process.

Tag and bag finished product for filing into the safe.

Assist in processing, preparing, shipping, and receiving repairs.

Gemstones: Assist Sr.

Manager of Production in ordering gemstones as per business needs.

Monitor and communicate any supplier capacity and / or delivery constraints to Manager on a timely basis.

Ensure counts, carat weights, stone sizes, etc.

match invoiced amounts upon receipt.

Receive colored stones and diamonds in Navision upon receipt of purchase.

Must exhibit strong attention to detail and emphasize accuracy when dealing with gemstones –clocking and stone matching according to production style.

Quality Control & Inventory: Learn TSC Quality Control standards and procedures from Sr.

Manager of Production and ensure all incoming finished product meets TSC QC standards.

Conduct full QC against checklist for all finished product arriving from manufacturers.

Ensure all returned merchandise undergoes a strict cleaning and QC process.

Ensure the pieces meet TSC QC standards before releasing the items for sale.

Reconcile invoices (raw materials and finished goods) in Navision.

Participate in bi-annual physical inventory for all raw materials.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS 2 years of prior work experience required.

Jewelry production and fine jewelry experience preferred.

Knowledge of Microsoft Navision preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail needed.
