Central Admissions Coordinator

BaneCare Management has an opening for an Admissions Coordinator in their Central Admissions office.

Responsibilities include all aspects of referral and admission coordination for our skilled nursing centers.

Strong customer service and computer skills required.

Medical terminology, MS Office, insurance verification and data entry experience preferred.

Friendly environment.

Both Part-time and Full-time positions are being considered.

INTAKE COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE Experience in data entry, customer service and Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Familiarity with insurance verification preferred.

SPECIALIZED SKILLS Strong organizational and customer service skills and ability to work accurately under pressure.

Able to communicate and facilitate in a concise, professional and courteous manner between agencies and personnel.

Able to handle confidential information in a professional manner.

ESSENTIAL PERSONALITY TRAITS Reliable, flexible, and considerate ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Data entry of referrals and admissions using multiple platforms Insurance verification and authorization for incoming admissions Maintain clear documentation on actions taken on intakes/referrals Answer phones promptly and assist callers in courteous and helpful manner Maintain filing and copies as needed Assist with special projects such as document creation, copying, reports and data collection
