One of our clients in Los Angeles area is looking for a Senior Scrum Master with the following skills and experience Top skillsmust haves Running sprints and working with App dev teams so must have user facing application experience 5+years of experience Application development experience Experience managing multiple projects at concurrent times Communication skills will be client facing and must have that presence Jiraconfluence The right candidate will have a full understanding of creating and managing the road maps as well as be able to manage the team and relay communications to leadership Candidate will leverage experience with Agile and SCRUM methodologies to lead project teams on a daily basis to the successful delivery of software development projects plan, coordinate and direct all activities associated with creating and maintaining project plans, communication plans, risksissues, etc.
leveraging best practices defined by the Performance Operations team Create and maintain product roadmaps Communicate project objectives, including detail understanding of milestones, deliverables, and success criteria to the development team.
Establish and maintain project communications with product PMO, product owners and other cross functional teams.
Work with technical leads and product organization to prioritize tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure that the team is fully planned and productive Remove impediments Manage daily Scrums, Sprint planning, sprint retrospectives and sprint demos Analyze planned vs.
actuals and show improvement in productivity and reduce carryovers between sprints Work with delivery teams to perform backlog grooming Escalate projects risks and constraints to senior management team in a timely manner.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Track and report slippages with workable mitigation plans Communicate over allocation idle hours to concerned technical leads throughout the project life cycle.
Ensure the use of best practices and applies lessons learned from previous projects.
Flexibility to lead diverse and dynamic teams to deliver integrated solutions Solid facilitation and problem solving skills and ability to focus both strategically and tactically to achieve project goals Ability to work with minimal direction Interested candidates may submit their resumes online or call at for further information regarding the position.
