We have been selected as a ” Best Company to Work For” in 2020 and 2021 by Business NH MagazineThe PositionWe are seeking a Training Coordinator to join our Business Systems Training and Transformation (BSTT) team.

BSTT is a part of the IT department.

You would be responsible for leading associates in the use of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to the business advantage while following industry best practices.

You will create, store, and distribute training documentation.

You will also be responsible for developing and conducting training sessions with new and existing associates.The LocationWe are located at 1 Bon Terrain Drive, Amherst, NH, but will also be supporting our Milford, NH facility.

The position is onsite.

Please note that we are taking precautions on Covid-19 based on the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommendations as well as state and local guidance.Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who has at least 2 years of experience in software training.

This experience must include experience with ClickLearn or similar software.

You should have good interpersonal skills as you will be working with associates at all levels in the organization.

You should have experience using ERP systems like IFS, Oracle, Epicor, or another comparable Tier 2 ERP system.
