This role partners with stakeholders across Finance and Manufacturing teams to understand the needs of the business and establishing a roadmap of new features and enhancements that meet those needs.
This individual must consistently manage multiple competing priorities and maintain proficiency in industry standards and best practices.Responsibilities Include:Manage the implementation of NetSuite ERP Record to Report, Design to Build, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Project to CashMigration of data from legacy Financials and Manufacturing Execution systems into NetSuiteMaintain and Support NetSuite platform and integrations.
Act as subject matter expert for NetSuite platformSupport month-end financial closing.
Troubleshoot technical challenges, provide technical assistance & training on NetSuite environmentExecute ideas to improve utilization, adoption, and ROI from NetSuite.
Provide guidance and recommendations for business process improvements where system automation can be appliedAddress reporting and data analysis needs for the business.
Create and maintain reports and dashboardsProvide expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing technology solutions including integrations with other enterprise applications (Salesforce CRM, BI data warehouse, Custom Applications etc.)Manages multiple streams of work, actively communicating progress, roadblocks, and next steps, as well as establish to follow best practices for testing, development, deployment, documentation, and implementationSkills and Experience You’ll Need to Do It:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or the equivalent5 years of NetSuite ERP administration experienceExperience with full cycle NetSuite implementations Financials and Manufacturing.
Demonstrated experience transforming businesses through enterprise-wide large-scale initiatives like ERP implementations.Strong background/Experience with NetSuite modules: Financials, Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Project ManagementWorking knowledge of SuiteAnalytics Connect, saved searches, csv imports, user provisioning, defining roles, workflows, and analyticsExperience integrating Salesforce CRM and NetSuite ERP, a plusNetSuite Administrator and/or NetSuite ERP Consultant certifications, a plusAbility to conform to shifting priorities and demands
