ACLA: Hybrid Position : Billing Assistant / Team Assistant

Looking for an entry level position in a high end art handling company > ACLA.

Candidate is to slowly learn all the different aspects of each department (and how to assist them).

Candidate is to perform daily basic clerical tasks and maintain a growth mindset.

This position is a potential opportunity to grow into Billing Specialist, while also learning about the industry of fine art logistics.Tasks may include:In addition to the generation of invoices, the billing/team assistant will be asked to field departmental client correspondence (email, phone), perform daily clerical duties such as emailing, scanning, printing, filing, data entry, and to provide general support to their fellow colleagues as needed.

As a member of this team operation, you will be expected to shoulder an increasing amount of responsibility as your experience level within the company grows.Candidate is to be organized, have a positive attitude and contributes to ACLA’s overall evolved and innovative company culture.

Industry experience is not mandatory, but a basic understanding or interest in art may be preferred, however not a deal breaker.The ideal candidate will exhibit a consistent and thorough attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and an analytical mind.

The ability to double check and proofread ones own work is a must, as is the ability to build a working knowledge base through committing repeated scenarios to memory.

Position requires excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
