Showroom and Influencer Coordinator

We want our customers to feel confident in the way they dress and to embrace the way they look. #EveryBODYinPLT is our community that is all about body positivity, equality and supporting each other.What you’ll be doing* Manage the upkeep of the showroom including merchandising and ordering new collections* Organize showroom on a day-to-day basis* Oversee the Showroom Assistant on daily tasks* Assign showroom duties each day for the showroom assistant and wider team to support on when needed* Oversee storage unit pick-ups and drop offs* Manage roster of gifting Influencers* Place daily influencer orders for the Executive team* Research new Influencers to gift on a daily basis. Nurturing and building direct relationships with influencers within the USA* Support the team with all campaign gifting / social initiatives* Host regular, weekly showroom appointments with Influencers, VIPs and Stylists* Update the Influencer support doc with confirmed coverage* Assist the team on wider events, Influencer campaign launches, trips and launch dinners* Proactively working to seed product pushes which are sent from the buying teamWorking with usTo succeed here, you have to love working at pace.
