A rapidly growing consumer goods company near Downtown Los Angeles is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their winning team!
Accounts Receivable Coordinator Duties:
-Must have Big Box Chargebacks and Vendor Portal experience!!
-Post daily cash receipts
-Daily invoicing (Email and mail invoices to customers)
-File freight claims for damages and shortages
-Process daily credit memos
-Collection calls to reduce DSO
Accounts Receivable Coordinator Education and Experience:
3-5 years in AR and Credit and Collections
AA Degree or some college courses preferred
Key Qualifications:
Big Box Chargebacks and Vendor Portal experience
Food and Beverage industry experience a plus
Pay is up to $50,000 per year based on experience.
