Responsibilities Of Service and Repair Technician:
- Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and update customer and company equipment.
- Bill 10-15 hours per day at 80%+ efficiency
- Maintain clear service records.
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner.
- Manage your workload with multiple lifts in various stages of repair.
- Overtime is required on a regular basis to complete repairs on time.
Required skills as a Service and Repair Technician:
- 1-3 years heavy equipment /automotive / diesel repair experience.
- Disassemble and assemble a variety of machinery.
- Demonstrated skill with complete set of personal tools.
- Show a clean driving record.
Preferred skills as a Service and Repair Technician:
- Basic skill with automotive electrical systems.
- Basic skill with hydraulic systems.
Physical Requirements of the Job:
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, bend, and twist.
Opportunities for growth as a Service and Repair Technician:

Compensation & Benefits of Service and Repair Technician:
Compensation:
- Base hourly pay, plus a flat rate commission that ranges from $60k to $100k+ per year based on abilities, knowledge, efficiency, production, tools, and attendance.
