Web Marketing Producer – Opportunity for Working Remotely

The Web Marketing Producer sits within the Web Strategy & Operations team and is responsible for the day-to-day production of VMware.com content for emerging business areas.

The focus of this position is to collaborate directly with business owners, web strategists, and the larger operations team to expedite the building of web content and web performance insights for high growth products and solutions in near real time.

Each web producer is expected to understand the complexities related to building web pages within enterprise content management systems and to design library and best practice standards.

They must also have a working knowledge of web analytics to ensure that the pages are setup correctly and that basic analysis of traffic and engagement can be performed to validate quality and implementation of content.Responsibilities:+ Support initiatives to optimize web experiences that will increase site traffic, engagement, and conversion+ Work with cross-functional teams to define web requirements, content changes, schedules, and status communications/updates+ Ensure enforcement of implementation of standards like SEO, user experience, brand, legal and accessibility are in place prior to deployment+ Collaborate with business owners, web strategists, and the larger production team throughout the page production lifecycle+ Produce web pages to within our design/quality standards that meet business stakeholder needs and customer experience goals+ Confirm analytic web signals, reporting, and performance insights align to measurement and optimization goals+ Maintain a high level of expectation setting with business by clearly communicating workload priorities, service level agreements, and feasibility of asksRequirements:+ **1-3** years online web production experience in fast-paced, highly creative, and goal driven environments.+ Proven contributions to web experience creation and optimizations based on web analytic insights+ Team oriented, motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment with proven customer relationship skills+ Effective project manager who is able to multi-task and prioritize on a real-time basis+ Experience working on commercial web sites with a proven understanding of web technologies, browser compatibilities, and web site implementation+ Excellent verbal and written communication+ Experience with technical content management, SEO, site analytics and Web site/Internet technologies+ Focus on user experience information design+ Working knowledge and understanding of content management systems and web technologies (e.g., html, css, js, etc.)+ BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience**This job requisition is not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship by VMware.**This job may require the candidate to comply with travel restrictions and/or work from a facility that requires full vaccination prior to entry.**Category :** Marketing**Subcategory:** Marketing**Experience:** Manager and Professional**Full Time/ Part Time:** Full Time**Posted Date:** 2022-04-06VMware Company Overview: At VMware, we believe that software has the power to unlock new opportunities for people and our planet.
