3Sixty Fundraising are seeking a passionate, highly motivated individual with strong communication skills to join our team as a Telephone Fundraiser representing The Nature Conservancy.
Our telemarketing team have seen considerable success since launching, delivering a range of Acquisition and Retention campaigns and outperforming other agencies.
Due to our continued success, we’re looking to grow our team of Telephone Fundraisers!
About The Role: Working from home, the role of a Telephone Fundraiser would see you calling potential donors to The Nature Conservancy, the largest environment non-profit within the US.
You would be having inspiring conversations over the phone, informing people about the incredible work The Nature Conservancy are doing to tackle the dual threats of climate change and biodiversity loss, as well as creating healthier cities in the US.
In this unique combination of telesales and fundraising, you would be using your people skills to make them excited about non-profit giving and onboarding them as a donor for The Nature Conservancy.
Each and every conversation you have will be one step closer towards a better future for our planet.
We Offer:
$17 per hour (base pay) with a generous bonus structure (ability to earn several hundred per week in uncapped bonuses)

Consistent full time work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.

Requirements:
Ability to work 5 full days per week (Monday to Friday 10am-6pm).
Based within the Pacific Time Zone.
Strong communication skills, charisma and an excellent telephone manner.
Must be highly motivated and driven.
Experience working in telesales/telemarketing, fundraising or sales.
Unwavering belief that each and every conversation can have an impact!
A passion/interest in social justice, environmental causes, humanitarianism, charitable causes, and/or non-profit organizations.
A suitable environment to work from, a strong wifi connection and access to a laptop/computer
– all software will be provided!
