Responsibilities: Develop marketing plans that support strategic goals and initiatives, primarily in generating new customers and accountsWith internal partners and external vendors, coordinate the content, messaging, design, and compliance of marketing efforts in multiple channels: paid media, email, SMS, push, print, direct mail, broadcast, web, and othersLeverage marketing technology to automate and optimize marketing effortsManage and track campaign deadlines, campaign performance, budget, and ROIUtilize audience segmentation strategies to refine targeting and messagingAssist in web and SEO strategies to maximize organic traffic on web propertiesWork with business units and other partners to establish KPIs and report on actual versus goalWork with marketing analysts to develop and refine KPI reporting and dashboardsPrepare presentations that highlight campaign, channel, and business unit successes and challengesConduct special projects and assist in enterprise/departmental initiatives as needed Requirements: Bachelor’s degree2 years’ in a client-side or agency marketing roleProven track record of developing, running, and tracking multi-channel marketing campaignsExperience performing analysis (A/B testing) and utilizing data analytics to drive strategiesDemonstrated self-starter with ability to independently manage multiple stakeholders and multiple marketing projects through to completionOrganized, analytical, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work demands that can have frequently changing priorities and deadlinesExperience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools preferred (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Interaction Studio)Knowledge of digital tools (Google Analytics, UTM tracking, Tableau/dashboards)Efficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)Experience with online and offline marketing channels: paid media, web, email, print, direct mail, broadcast, social, and SEOStrong written and oral communications abilities, including comfort in presentingPreferred:Experience working with or within the Small Business industry APPLY DIRECTLY FOR CONSIDERATION: Born digital, Axos Bank has reinvented the banking model and grown to over $15 billion in assets since our founding in 2000.
