Job TitleMarketing Specialist, West RegionJob Description SummaryAs a key member of the Property Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) in the Americas, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for providing strategic partnership, project management, creative oversight, and communication and coordination for the leasing team and marketing team for property marketing projects.

The Marketing Specialist is accountable for providing Brokerage Teams and clients with best-in-class concepts, materials and results for our listings with the West Region.

The Marketing Specialist works within a fast-paced environment with Cushman & Wakefield real estate professionals, the properties and owners they represent, and within the Property Marketing COE Team to develop and deliver industry-best property marketing strategies, plans, deliverables and outcomes.

Under the leadership of a Property Marketing COE Team Lead, the Marketing Specialist is the point person for property marketing assignments, serving as the Project Lead, providing marketing expertise and recommendations, working collaboratively with our fee earners and a property marketing team of copy writers / strategists and graphic designers-both in house and third party-to bring campaigns to life.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Serve as the day-to-day point of contact fortheBrokerageTeamon property marketing projectsPartner with Copy Writers/Strategic Marketersand Graphic Designerstocollectcritical project details from theBrokerageTeamLead calls and meetingswith theBrokerageTeam as requiredEstablish and communicate project schedule to all project participantsWork with BrokerageTeam to assemble all required assets ina centralized project collaborationspaceWork with BrokerageTeam andpropertymarketing team to developa comprehensiveprojectand brandstrategythat incorporates new, creative ideas to market ourlistingsWork with CopyWriters/StrategicMarketers andGraphicDesignersto executeapproved design and messaging directionManagethe project workflow day-to-day to ensure an efficient and effective production schedule, adhering to standardprocessesto ensure consistency and efficiencyCommunicatewithBrokerageTeamon project updates, either through status calls or other channelsOn a case-by-case basis, serve in a client-facing role in planning and project status meetingsWork in partnership with the COE Team Lead and escalatechallenges, as necessaryEnsurefeedback and edits are incorporated intodrafts, makingad hocrevisionsto marketing collateralas necessaryEnsurefinal on-time delivery off all project assets and deliverablesMaintain project databases, trackingtools,andproject delivery andmanagement toolsProvide campaign reporting metrics to the Brokerage Team and ownership and recommendimprovements to enhanceperformanceBecome effective and fluent in Cushman & Wakefield’s CRM, helping to connect data to improve marketing efforts and generate more leads andrevenueDevelop strong ties to colleagues in similar roles for effectivesharingDevelop critical understanding of the real estate market, tenant target groups and personas, ever-changing real estate space usage and needs, and Cushman & Wakefield’s Investor Client communityGain a keen understanding of how target audiences for properties for lease or sale consume marketing and present ideas to enhanceengagementKey Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree3-4+ years ofmarketingexperience-real estate, architecture or commercial construction experience preferredFamiliarity with the Adobe Creative Suite ispreferred, and/or the ability to learn thebasicsFamiliarity withaproject management tool is preferredAbility to independently achieve successful outcomes on all activities with minimal supervisionAbility to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written, oral communication skills and problem-solving skillsProven ability to work across different audiences, personalities and experience levelsStrong relationship management skills and ability to successfully partner with both internal and external stakeholders and project participantsSelf-motivated but works well in group environmentCushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
