Head of Social Media

We are looking for an experienced, strategically-minded, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team.

As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy across varying brands globally in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

You will be working closely with Marketing and Sales departments.

To be successful as a Social Media Manager, you should remain informed about SEO best practices, image editing software, and social media trends.

A top-notch Social Media Manager should know how to promote a company based on the latest social media tools as well as what would suit the atmosphere of the brand.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies and initiatives for sales, retarging, prospecting, lead generation, community management and more Manage and be accountable for social media metrics including sales, profitability, engagement and brand awareness Define and manage social media marketing budget, and aggressively scale the social media channels while maintaining strong ROI Leverage both paid and organic social media to drive business, marketing and brand goals Work with other marketing function to develop and maintain a three month social media marketing plan and write creative briefs for the content and creative teams Research target customers and markets to adapt messaging and content accordingly Oversee day-to-day management of globally distributed social media team, agencies , and campaigns Drive brand and company awareness through various social media channels Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience Provide inspirational and creative leadership on ways to reach and gain attention of target audiences Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers and engagement through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn, etc.

Develop annual and monthly projections, and provide reports of social media metrics Qualifications and Requirements: 5 years of social media management experience including budget, team and agency management Proficient in setting up and using social network panels as well as multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite, HubSpot and Buffer General knowledge of ecommerce and other digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO and Email Strong analytical skills including proficiency with Google Analytics, reporting software and spreadsheets Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees both locally and remotely and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once Excellent time management skills Outstanding written communication skills
