The Position Description Overview: As a Marketing Specialist, you will build personalized, engagement-based demand generation programs.
Type: Permanant Position Hours per week: 40 hours Location: Remote for MN candidates only As a Marketing Specialist, a typical day might include the following: Develops market segmentation strategies based on market opportunity and profitability; develops associated buyer and influencer personas.
Provides the sales team with tools to sell in competitive markets by elevating the brand and distinguishing the company from its competitors.
Collaborates with digital marketing and marketing operations teams on search-engine marketing and opportunities.
Creates targeted workflow-driven marketing/sales campaigns; measures, reports, and optimizes the performance of these campaigns to capture new and retain existing accounts.

You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree 5 yrs of marketing experience Principles and methods for developing marketing programs to build awareness of and build demand for products and services.
