Just Slide Media is seeking an entry level Marketing Operations Analyst position to support a dynamic, world class, digital marketing team across all channels, including search, display, social and retail. We are looking for a gifted recent college graduate or a candidate with 1-2 year’s experience, who is passionate about technology, digital marketing, and the internet to lead our day-to-day marketing operations while supporting senior members of our world class team. The role will help our team by constructing, executing, and monitoring ROI positive eCommerce marketing campaigns. The role requires a keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, a love for numbers, extensive knowledge of Excel, and familiarity with SQL and BI visualization tools. The Marketing Operations Analyst position requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, touching all aspects of search, social, and display marketing including keyword management, creative design, bidding strategies, creative testing, and analytics. The Marketing Operations Analysts will assist with day-to-day management of PPC campaigns across multiple lines of business, with a primary focus of driving ROI positive campaigns, with duties including assisting with campaign creation, strategy, analysis, ad copy optimization, and bid management across all 3 major engines as well as 2nd tier engines and search network campaigns. 

Responsibilities

– Receive, translate, and process dropship order files for online retail partners.

– Query database to manage orders, monitor their status, and retrieve shipment tracking numbers.

– Relay shipment records to online retail partners in a timely and accurate manner.

– Manage product catalogs, inventory, and promotions with distributors, retail partners, and affiliates.

– Generate meaningful and intuitive BI reports and visualizations for internal stakeholders.

– Plan, coordinate and manage campaign tasks including working with creative teams to follow brand guidelines, obtain brand approval, and receive sign-off from legal.

– Track and monitor campaign results and spend.

– Coordinate the development of new landing pages, making sure they match the design and have no errors.

– Project management: make sure things are done by internal team members on schedule and error-free.

– Work with Spanish translation team to get translations and coordinating w/ creative teams to create ads.

– Research, collect, and analyze data, leverage internal and external resources, and data sources to report on successes and actionable opportunities for all channels.

– Develop reporting infrastructure to support massive scaling of marketing efforts.

– Create, manage, and analyze paid search, display and CPA campaigns across multiple search engines, ad networks and websites to ensure acquisition and conversion goals are met.

– Create, manage, and analyze Google and iOS app campaigns. 

– Assist with management reporting to keep entire company aware of paid marketing performance trends.

– Assist with cross departmental coordination to develop, implement and monitor new campaigns and creative units.

– Assist with testing new campaigns to better target users and improve overall ROI.

– Assist with analysis and reporting of key success metrics by channel (SEM, paid social, display, CPA network, etc.) such as traffic, membership, subscriptions, demographics and LTV.

– Research and identify new affiliate network, advertising network and strategic traffic partners.

Qualifications:

– Advanced knowledge of Excel 

– Relational database query skills preferred

– Knowledge of the eCommerce ecosystem and its interdependencies 

– Creativity, teamwork and strong attention to detail required.

– Understanding of success metrics and ability to measure performance accurately

– Bachelor’s degree or higher required from top university

– 1+ year online marketing and/or product management experience good but not required

– Experience using Google Ads and Bing good but not required

– Experience with A/B and/or multivariate testing, good but not required
