The Marketing Audience Lead will execute on the models servicing plan for the pod and will be the primary point of contact in marketing to the broad Portfolio Services and Solutions team and other client teams. The ideal person will also help to define the marketing strategy for their area of responsibility and ensureÂexecution is aligned to marketing and business objectives.Primary responsibilities/essential functions:-Serves as the team lead.-Establish and develop models servicing priorities by working with pod leads and business counterparts, and gains understanding of firms’ needs and restrictions by interfacing with client segment teams.-Is responsible for documenting and transferring team knowledge across the organization.-Defines the business problem by partnering with senior leaders (as appropriate) to develop the situation assessment, identify business opportunities to crisply define the problem to solve. A solid understanding of our industry, business model and competitive positioning is required to achieve this.-Develops and implements the overall marketing strategy for models servicing to achieve the desired change in audience behavior or attitudes.Skills/qualifications:-Must have 3 – 6 years of professional experience in creative, marketing, with asset management / wealth management / mutual fund marketing experience preferred.-Proficient working knowledge of current marketing technology, tools, automation, and digital channels.-Demonstrates ability to lead and manage projects across multiple teams or groups.-Ability to effectively plan and manage the work of diverse, multiple teams.-Able to influence teams and senior associates.-Demonstrates good judgment in resolving matters of high complexity.JobID:321655JS#LI-Cella#LI-JS1PandoLogic.
