We are looking to recruit for 2 Marketing Associate’s to join the Qantas Americas team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of marketing activity across the Qantas Americas region. This includes providing input into the annual marketing plan and delivering best in class Marketing activity. Reporting into the VP of Marketing, you will work with a small team to drive brand engagement, lead generation and/or customer acquisition across a variety of direct and above the line channels. Role one – The Marketing Associate, Partnerships Marketing is responsible for the best possible brand exposure and business performance through our existing partnerships, in addition to sourcing new partners that help Qantas expand its reach throughout the Americas region. This includes trade and event support, tourism and commercial partnerships. Role two – The Marketing Associate, Campaign Marketing is responsible creating and leading strategic campaign activity that meets commercial objectives and generates ongoing revenue to the Qantas Group. This includes marketing insights, creative and content, media agency management and more. *In your application, please specify which position is your preference. You’ll have: 5+ years experience in the marketing field or fast paced client environment Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline (Business/Commerce/Marketing etc.) or relevant experience. A proactive approach with the ability to get your hands dirty and execute campaigns Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of management, both internally and externally Demonstrated ability to deliver results within a complex business environment with varying stakeholder needs and expectations Attention to detail, scheduling and work-flow planning Ability to successfully work in a team environment as an individual who demonstrates flexibility, self-motivation, enthusiasm and sound judgement Superior time management and organisational skills with the ability to work across multiple complex tasks concurrently Travel and tourism experience desirable, including knowledge of Australia/New Zealand Why Qantas?
