Position Overview As a key member of our sales team, we are looking for a high-energy and motivated team member seeking to develop their career in business development and marketing.
The right candidate will be an energetic self-starter that focuses on driving leads for AdParlor’s sales team.
Partnering with senior sales team members, s/he will accelerate our growth even faster by collaborating to initiate new prospect relationships and build AdParlor’s brand awareness.
With a strong passion for digital media, the ideal candidate will become well versed in the various digital media platforms and AdParlor’s value proposition.

What will you do?
Build Top & Middle Funnel strategies to identify and then drive engagement with key prospects, putting AdParlor in front of the right audiences.
Partnering with Marketing, drive content development (one-sheets, guides, blogs, case studies, pitch decks, newsletters, etc) and build the strategy to extend the impact of these assets.
Drive value through AdParlor’s social media accounts.
Trade Show research for sponsorship and/or attendance.
HubSpot management for sales leads.
Website strategy – SEO & Content.
Partner with Training & Development/Partnership Manager providing webinars support.
Research potential sales channels & partnerships.
Exhibit our core values: LEARN, CONNECT, SUCCEED, & INNOVATE Requirements A working understanding of the digital media landscape.
Strong persuasive writing skills.
Analytic skills to define KPIs and a willingness to experiment to exceed KPIs.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, HubSpot.
Time management and prioritization skills a must.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Must be able to work independently in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Enthusiastic, professional, resourceful and thrives in an autonomous setting.
Energetic professional with a passion for success Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred, but a candidate with relevant experience is more important.
Resourceful, with the ability to find answers independently yet also has the discernment to know when to ask for help.
Knowing how to have fun, both inside and outside of the office.
4-5 years of experience in Marketing and/or Demand Generation.
