The ideal candidate is a team player who is hard-working, organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
This person will help with vendor management, assist with budget management, and ensure accuracy and consistency of data lists.
As the Marketing and Events Coordinator, you will organize, manage, and ship marketing supplies and client packages, while also managing the inventory of branded items used for events and sales meetings.
In this role, you will manage and maintain event webpages, monitor event timelines, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
