Happiest Baby was founded by America’s most trusted pediatrician, Dr.

Harvey Karp, and his entrepreneur wife, Nina Montée-Karp.

Karp’s celebrated books/videos have helped millions of parents and are translated into over thirty languages.

Released in 2016, SNOO is the result of a collaboration between Dr.

Karp, award-winning industrial designer Yves Behar (founder of SF-based, Fuseproject) and Dr.

Deb Roy (Director, Laboratory for Social Machines, MIT Media Lab).

Role

Happiest Baby is looking for a highly motivated Marketing Data + Growth Analyst who is able to conduct research independently and synthesize actionable analysis and recommendations to the marketing team and additional cross-functional stakeholders.

As a Marketing Data + Growth Analyst you will track advertising costs, research our current and prospective consumer behavior, explore market trends and opportunities (and more!).

Successful candidates should be comfortable working with ambiguity and excited by solving complex challenges through data.

Seeking someone who is able to look at information creatively and find insights to unlock growth opportunities, as well as create dashboards and attribution models to give a 360 understanding of our marketing channels.

Responsibilities
Measure ROI of online and offline marketing campaigns, while reporting on cross-functional marketing KPIs like leads, conversion, traffic, engagement, etc., across all channels Build cross-functional channel measurement dashboards and reporting frameworks that democratize data access and empower the teams to better understand and act on metrics Develop queries and perform extensive programming to access, transform and prepare data for analysis Prepare and deliver insight presentations and recommendations by communicating complex materials in digestible terms appropriate for each audience, including visualization of data Support ad-hoc analysis, discussions and conclusions around the efficacy of marketing channels to drive revenue per customer, length of stay and LTV Analyze ad hoc data to describe customer behavior and preferences, understand marketing channel effectiveness, diagnose customer experience problems, size of marketing opportunities, etc.

Partner with the marketing team to establish and continually improve segmentation strategies, customer lifecycles, etc.

Develop models to forecast marketing KPIs across channels

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Marketing or a related field 5+ years of experience as an analyst at an agency, consultancy or consumer brand Expertise in Google Analytics, MS Excel, and Google sheets including pivots, vlookups and the ability to build complex formulas Experience developing and managing frameworks and dashboards to understand important performance drivers Experience with experimental design and analysis Knowledge of marketing tech stack and digital data (DMPs, Pixel Tracking) Ability to transform data into digestible and actionable stories based on the audience In-depth understanding of SQL and Tableau Domain expertise in marketing analytics: customer acquisition, response modeling, churn, LTV, etc.

Attention to detail, high aptitude for problem solving and a natural interest in understanding and explaining customer behavior Experience dissmentating significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of organic and paid marketing channels and their relevant metrics
