Head Of Marketing

This is a Full-time position in Los Angeles, CA posted July 15, 2021.

We are looking for a Head Of Marketing to lead our rapid customer and brand growth as we enter the next inflection in the business.

You will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing the budget across all existing channels (mainly performance) and identifying new opportunities (Direct Mail, OOH, etc).

You will hire and manage a team, and work directly with the executive team to tell the brand story at an even louder level and higher clip than we do today.

Deep experience leading marketing at a startup or similar organization with a very high growth rate.

Strong understanding of brand story, ability to identify creative talent to support the deliverability of that story.

Experience in fast paced environment with rapid iteration and delivery of creative assets.

Comfortable in a variety of marketing channels outside of performance spend, e.g affiliate, OOH, TV, etc.

Comfortable managing and deploying a large marketing budget with a personal obsession of making spend as efficient as possible and within KPI.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills
