Anthem Business Group: Social Media Marketing/Content Specialist

Position Summary:Are you a social media superstar?

As our Social Media Specialist, you will own the company social media channels and be responsible for nurturing the customer relationship from initial marketing outreach through sales, customer relations, and beyond.

You will be a part of a cohesive marketing team and contribute ideas on how to better reach our customers and present our products in a meaningful and fun manner.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Responsibilities may include content creation, developing new promotions, one-on-one conversations with customers, and selling services primarily through online chat and messaging.

We do have another sales group that will handle other sales channels, such as phone calls and online request forms, so this position will only be responsible for live sales through digital channels.

This may include sites for not only Anthem Broadband, but our affiliate sites of Dynamite Wireless and Northwest Datacom as well.

We are looking for someone with excellent writing skills able to communicate clearly and provide content and responses that are light, easy to understand, compelling, presented in a fun and engaging manner.

This position is part of a small marketing team and requires wearing multiple hats at times and being able to switch gears quickly when a need arises.Your work will span across various social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, website chats, and others.

This is an in-office position.SCOPE:Manage, maintain, and buildcompany presence on all applicable social media sites.Manage campaigns and bidding strategies based on critical KPI’s such as CTR, CPC, and specific ROI metrics.Research newsocial media and outreach sites for viability and ability to reach the target consumer.Manage brand voice and narrative across all content and media.Create an open dialog with customers andengage potential customers in a compelling and informative manner.Develop new ads for social media and make recommendations for improvements in creative, content, and execution based on KPIs.Analyze and assess the performance of campaigns and translate data into recommendations for improving the campaign strategy.Communicate regularly on status, timeline, budget, performance, and competitive intelligence analysis.Help create new copy and content for blog, newsletters, and web pages that help drive traffic and sales.Other duties as assigned.COMPLEXITY:Work closely with the rest of the Marketing team to develop new campaigns and ensure marketing strategies, PPC tactics, and social media promotions are driving lead and conversion goals.Collaborate and monitor industry news to identify content opportunities.Collaborate to manage customer feedback and ensure every comment and review is properly addressed and that the customer is served.Have a passion for helping customers and providing an amazing experience.IMPACT:Manage social media accounts and execute strategy.Monitor digital conversation channels, answer customer questions in a timely manner, and lead them through the sales process to an eventual sale.Help build and maintain brand voice and narrative across all channels.Required Education/Experience Bachelor’s’ degree in marketing, writing, advertising, or related field.Experience growing a social audience and creating content for the web that’s clear, helpful and on brand.Experience with the various social media tools and how to use them effectively.Required Skills Understand Facebook and other social media and how to develop campaigns that lead to conversions.Preferred Qualifications A dual creative and analytical mindset.Great writing and editorial skills.Previous sales experience a plus.The ability to work well with a team.Competencies Required:Problem solving skills: Investigate appropriate resources and involve partners when appropriate.
