The Director of Growth Marketing will play a key role in driving our business forward and helping keep those that are the most in-need connected.

Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer, you will be responsible for B2C customer acquisition across all digital channels.

You excel at cross-functional communications and build trust & strong relationships at all levels.

  Responsibilities Leverage digital marketing tactics – paid search (Google, Bing), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Snap), SEO, influencer, native, and programmatic advertising to drive conversions and optimize LTV/CAC ratio.

Identify and pursue new channels for growth.

Develop, test, and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels, leveraging design best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and agencies to develop creative marketing campaigns.

Communicate online marketing performance KPIs to executive team   Requirements Understanding of B2C subscriber performance KPIs and their drivers 4-6 years’ experience marketing at subscription-based B2C business preferred.

Experience leveraging CDPs like Segment Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills Great attitude and eagerness to make a difference!
