Reporting to the Project Manager – Store Design, this position will be responsible for a wide range of store design needs (prospective stores, new stores, expansions, and layout optimizations).
This role will require managing layout creation, take-offs, and coordination of the various aspects of bringing a store concept to life.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreating and drafting new store layouts, prospective location fit plans, and expansion layouts.Work on existing stores layout optimization.Gather and coordinate project information for expansions and remodeling projects.Interact with Retail Field Managers to validate layouts.Coordinate the fixture plans approval process.Fixture parts take-offs for remodeling projects.Creating solutions for Facilities, and any other company departments with space layout needs.Interact with Architects to ensure that all the operation standards are met on each and every project.Interact with various internal departments to make sure that all the necessary merchandise display requirements are met.Support other Operations related projects as needed.Additional Duties as assigned by management.Regular Attendance is required.ScopeStaff supervision and Development – NoneDecision Making – Provided data for decision support.Travel – 10% Occasional travel may be required.Location – Corporate HQ#LI-RR1#HFTCORPRequirementsJob Qualifications – Education and Experience RequiredExperience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills).Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced business environment with ability to consistently meet tight deadlines.Job Qualifications Skills RequiredThe position requires a working knowledge of AUTOCAD and basic design concepts.Strong problem solving and math skills.Excellent verbal and communication skills.Ability to deliver high quality work in a fast paced environment.Superior analytical skills, driven by an intellectual curiosity.
