Manufacturing Order Entry/CSR – Pays $18-$20 Hourly!
Order processing/order entry
* Weekly follow-ups with customers regarding status of their open sales orders and changes in estimated shipping dates
* Check stock and lead times for customers
* Find which alternatives are available for out of stock items and offer to customers
* Create and send requests for deposits/non-cancellation forms for special orders
* Bring existing order issues to daily orders meetings
* Check stock and create any possible reworks in order to clean up inventory
* Look over orders in system and check to see which orders can be shipped/invoiced for end of the month counts
* Send new customers credit application to be set up in system along with credit card authorization form
* Send daily tracking numbers to customers for orders that shipped
* Answer daily customer inquiries over the phone or email such as PO status, technical questions, etc
