The company offers a complete line of propulsion products for launch vehicles, missile defense, tactical and advanced hypersonic propulsion.We have an immediate need for an Operations Program Integrator at our Huntsville AL location.We develop and produce a variety of composite structures for rocket propulsion at our Huntsville locations.In this role, you will lead the Operations team across multiple sites in developing and executing development and production transition plans.

The role will be the primary interface with key team members to ensure alignment of Operations and Program objectives.

The key responsibilities are team leadership, creating the plans to integrate several cross-functional groups such as manufacturing engineering, tool engineering/design, manufacturing operations so that products can be developed and delivered per schedule and budget targets.What we can offer you:Inspiring Company Culture

Essential Job Functions (Including % of Time for Each): 60%
– Establish and oversee program plans for the operations site teams to successfully execute the program requirements relative to schedule, cost, and performance/quality.

This will include hardware manufacturing, tool design and fabrication, staffing, process development, and facility needs.30%
– Interface with program teams members and customers to ensure the program needs and site plans are in alignment.

Develop recovery plans when issue arise and coordinate applicable corrective actions.10%
– Work special projects as assigned and recommend improvements to key processes that would improve the overall flow of the site’s products.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelors degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related major and at least nine (9) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience with composite manufacturing in the aerospace industry is highly desired.

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to analyze, evaluate and develop solutions to technical problems with minimum supervision.

Experience and familiarity with MS Office products required.May be required to obtain and maintain a U.S.

Security Clearance at the appropriate level.

Work may require the ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift, crane, hoist, man lift, etc.) in a safe manner.

While performing the duties of this job, employees may work around variable noise levels or with fume or airborne particles, hazardous chemicals, etc.

requiring the use of personal protective equipment such as face protection (safety glasses, goggles, face shield), foot protection (i.e.

steel toed shoes, rubber boots, etc.), gloves, hard hat, shop coat and hearing protection.

Some positions may require Respirator clearance up to and including the Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Level A clearance.

Work requires the ability to change into or out of personal protective equipment when entering or exiting manufacturing, laboratory, or other areas.

Some employees may be required to drive between various locations within the Company facility or between locations.

Work duties may also be required to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer and/or the ability to travel by air or auto.

Ability to distinguish colors may also be necessary.

This position may be expected to work varying shifts and hours to ensure successful operation of activities in the organization.

Some positions entail working with small parts/components.

Employees must have excellent hand-eye coordination and good manual dexterity in both hands.
