Job Purpose:
We are searching for a grave shift quality loader to join our team who adds value to our growing facilities!
This position requires attention to detail, punctuality, and dedication to ensure our customers receive the very best service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for loading shipment onto skids and airline equipment
Loader must know how to properly insulate, gel ice, and load shipments without causing damage
Loader must keep work area clean and free from trash
If forklift certified the loader must drive forklift/pallet jack in a safe manner
Train and teach any new hires in loading responsibilities
Must properly unload product from the screening machines and re-stack the product according to lead/supervisor’s instructions
Qualifications:
Always have a safety-first approach in the warehouse
Be willing to learn our processes and ask for guidance when needed
Be able to work individually but also in a team environment
Experience:
Preferred forklift experience in a warehouse environment
Preferred cold climate experience
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 lbs
