Drug Tests In Bulk: Sales Account Manager

Job Purpose:Serves customers by taking orders, re-orders, answering questions regarding product and able to advise a substitute product when inventory is not available in the warehouse.Duties:* Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.* Provides substitution of products to customer as needed.* Focuses on current book of business of clients.

Reaches to each one to provide customer service and take orders.* Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.* Keeps management informed of any escalated issues and/or pricing inquiries.* Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.* Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.* Maintains professional and technical knowledge * Provides historical records by maintaining records on client contact information and previous conversations.* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Skills/Qualifications:Customer Service, Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales
