Service Spares and Logistic Coordinator

Overview: AS&E, an OSI Systems Company is seeking a Spares and Logistic Field Service Coordinator based out of Billerica, MA.

This position provides acquisition, business, life-cycle management, postproduction engineering support and logistics support for Program Management teams in Service.

This position will also provide analysis and trends for acquisition, financial, life cycle sustainment support, functional logistics support, field tool tracking, RMA’s and requirements traceability and verification to supported program.

Responsibilities: Creates, receives and/or processes request for material for internal, and external customers, including project related orders, large shipments, part quotations, commercial invoice creations, liaison required inspections, shipment approvals/updates (Customer & Service Management), and maintaining backlog.Monitoring and managing spares orders including backlog processing and posting transaction for Customer invoicing and tracking of all purchase orders and reconcile invoices.Customer return for repair (RMA’s) management within D365/BI system including, tracking requested return to and from factory, warranty verification, timely closure of service calls and Customer invoicing as applicable.Responsible for Cargo Service consignment stock monthly, quarterly, or annual, reporting monthly audits for Service and Finance.

Working with the Service Planner and/or Service Management team to review inventory planning on a quarterly basis for safety stock at assigned consignment stocking locations.Equipment tracking of service assets (example: radiation meters) in D365.

Activities include proper record keeping of field tools/equipment, monthly reporting to Management team, timely communication with calibration vendors and field team, preparing return shipment to field and vendors, and monitoring CAPA’s for out of calibration equipment.KPI reporting for project on time spare part delivery, MiniZ, and equipment calibration turnaround time.Respond to inquiries regarding shipments or inventory status in a timely mannerMonitor program progress and provide status reports on project status in internal and client meetings and developed program briefings as required.Develops and maintains positive business relationship with all parties involved in or directly relevant to ILS activity.Backup support for the Coordination team or other duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the businessUphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and TeamworkDemonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and ConductIt is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problemDuties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

REQUIREMENTS Associate degree or equivalent combination of Education and practical system experienceExcellent Organization and Analytical Skills 4 Years related experience in professional work environmentMilitary / government experience helpful, but not required.

Proficient in Microsoft office products (Word, PowerPoint, excel, project share point)Fast-paced office environment; requires significant use of telephone and computer.

OR Use of computer: >70% Experience in Federal Contracting industry preferred.Must be able to complete job responsibilities working with different time zone needs such as attending late night/early morning meetings by phone and/or web to meet business needs; 30%Must be US Persons based on ITAR definition (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)This position is expected to be exposed to information, which is subject to US export control regulations, i.e.
