HRIS Director

The Director, Digital HR (HR IS) is a senior leadership position within the People Organization (HR) who will partner with IT ensuring business process functions are equipped with high quality technology solutions.

This position is tasked with using technology and process innovations to improve the People Organizations end-to-end business operations.

This position will participate in taking on the latest business challenges and then partners with IT in framing solution options for implementation and realization.

In this leadership-by-example position, you will be expected to understand the business challenges and outcomes of the functional leadership of the People Organization, get into the details with functional subject matter experts and analysts within your team, prioritize a portfolio of work activities, while working closely with senior management to help define the broader strategy.

The ideal candidate will have the vision to translate the People Organizations business needs into system capabilities while providing the leadership to see solutions through to delivery.

Responsibilities Define, execute, and lead the People Organization (HR) business solution strategy supporting functional COE’s both from a business process standard methodology coupled with technology Collaborate successfully with business partners and a broad set of internal technical partners to develop product roadmaps and execute against a solution backlog Act as a change agent, seeking opportunities to challenge the status quo to meet evolving business objectives Act as the embodiment of the agile mentality; lead business team members who will partner with IT in iterative product development using lean principles and a quality-first approach to development Keep up with the latest industry trends to ensure we are appropriately leveraging tools to enhance business value delivered by the People Organization Attract top talent and develop team to ensure high functioning organization while adhering to budgetary constraints Given Cradlepoint’s global corporate footprint international collaboration activities such as conference calls in the early morning or late evenings are a normal course of business (flexibility on both your part and the company’s is expected) Qualifications Degree in Business Administration or IT, with graduate degree preferred 10 years of progressive HR processes & systems implementation leadership experience Experience with at least several of the following platforms: Workday SAP Success Factors ServiceNow Greenhouse Led or experienced global implementations of HR solutions, preferably Workday into a global environment & team Knowledge and experience of HR Analytics and KPI’s for functional HR processes Knowledge and experience in data access governance (security) across multiple platforms High understanding of core HR business processes Strong leadership, communication, consulting and influencing skills Ability to define metrics, quantify business value Strong systems thinking capability Critical thinking skills Highly self-motivated, detail and outcome oriented Program/Project management, with experience leading multiple large projects
